@G-Recons I would start with taking away any unlocks based on character level (change all to challenges for specific specialists)
Allow torso and legs to be selected separately the way headgear is once the suit is unlocked
Add more camo styles and multiples colors per style
If I really had all power, I'd try to make different specialists skins per faction to keep the immersion of the game.

@Flavin913 for me that is the minimum since I was asking for Ghost Recon Breakpoint's level of customization minus the cheesy skins there
