- G-Recons4 years agoSeasoned Ace@CLEMSONU Hell yea man Imagine if you could customize your character to look like Solomon from BF3 , damn my favorite character
We simply need the option to choose our cool looking character.. then choose our special gadget.. and just like that the specialist issue is resolved forever 👍
so simple
if people really like their character they will spend $$ on fixing them up with new gear offered for purchase. The sky is the limit if done right.

I want my falck to look like this
Solomon Falck ♡
Instead we get Boris.. (cross between LSU head coach Ed Orgeron and the Abdominal snowman)
- G-Recons4 years agoSeasoned Ace@CLEMSONU No work no play , but I believe we shouldn't make fun of their appearance since a lot of characters in games are based on real models and kinda feel bad for them , Boris looks like that good old man that would say the best stories at night camp of how he caught that giant fish at the lake , but not a mercenary tbh
- @G-Recons I think the customizations need some work, I feel like you should see your character if you decide to merge two together, for example, irish's tier one with a helmet, instead on the customization screen it only shows the outfits / headgear and not the final product
Also feel like the specialists are somewhat a ok idea, What would be better if roles existed alongside Specialists, this would completely remove the whole roles vs specialists argument - G-Recons4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Johnathan123YT Roles does exist tho , the major issue is the Ammo Box/Medkit weapons being available for everyone, but I guess we have no other choice but being over it for this title, let's focus on maps weapons and character customization
I might make more topics soon about maps designs and Weapons + Weapon Customization
But idk if they would be considered by dice. There isn't enough customisation to make them unique. I'd like to change headgear, masks, tops, bottoms, boots, gloves and the specialist items like the syrette pistol or dozers shield. I want to be able to mix and match everything.
If you want to sell skins just go nuts BUT no clown skins and over the top stuff. Keep it grounded, gritty and militaristic. Even parachute skins would be ok.
Id also rather not be given sets of skins to buy. Id much prefer to buy individual pieces. Create a preview screen from the store where you can see each part at the same time on the character. If you buy a full set of head to toe gear offer a discount.
I understand there is a business incentive here so with that in mind isnt this a great move for players and a good business move. People get full deep customisation and its more opportunity to sell skins of all types. Isnt this a win win? Just keep prices reasonable with so much gear to buy.
- G-Recons4 years agoSeasoned Ace@BigBobbyBigPants Mixing traits snd gears of specializations might introduce huge balance issues , more than the loss of the classes I'd keep them linked the way they're , but that level of character customization? HELL YEA!
- @G-Recons Sorry might be confusing what i wrote. I meant just mix and match any skins that could be made for the shield and syrette pistol with any body skin. I didnt mean to mix abilities with other specialists.
