Spotting when your downed?
Why do people who are downed get to spot the person that killed them? Especially behind walls. This is an overpowered and lame feature that steals any element of suprise from this game please take it...

Yep and if I was downed I'd give intelligence to my squad too. This is as it should be IMO.
Yup, I've saved my squad mates bacon many times by spotting when I've been downed!
