@AcidRain_CDN It is all about the defaults.
- you need to have VOIP enabled
- a single player defaults to listen to squad voip
- a party defaults to listen to party voip (as @turtlebeached mentioned you can change that to listen to squad voip instead, AFTER joining a match)
Currently as a player you can't really check if another player can hear you at your current setting, or if you are able to hear them.
And that is before thinking about if cross platform voip is working or not.
My assumption is, it isn't working at all.
