@DaddyWarBukxi think i found a sniper roleplaying as the map borderprobably but not necessarily. when i switch to soflam to make life difficult for condor/hind pilots i would like the option to leave a squad because i always get some mouth breather who spawns on me when i am in a good spot and the first thing they do is drop prone and start playing "sniper" (aka missing 47 shots before they get one body shot hit marker that doesn't kill the target) and draw fire to me and get us both killed

@DaddyWarBukx
That is a good idea. Add to this request the ability to choose what squad you want to rejoin, not just a random assignment. Create, lock and open squads. Just like it was before. Like it's always been in Battlefield.
Like the way it should have freaking been. That may be seem as a brutal expectation for some senior producers of AAA companies.
@X-Sunslayer-XSunslayer, do not judge. There are many situations when you need to go stealth, for instance when positioning a vehicle without a happy trigger giving away your position, or worse, when you switch seats to use the gun and someone just drives away when you are about to kill a condor, and words, they crashes or hand you to the enemy, ruin one of the few vehicles for the team.
He could be doing the opposite by approaching a tank camping at their spawn to use a drone with C5, but teammates kept spawning and gave away his position, and it could have ruined the entire match for the team after he spent two minutes crawling to get a good flank.
And besides, why would one spawn on him if he was at the border of the map. That person could spawn on the HQ. Any other good flank is merit to him, but a people giving away his position may be actually quite annoying.
And even, if you are right, so what? If he is getting away with free kills and the other team is not punishing him for staying at the same place the whole time, the onus is on the other team.
Every sniper I see flanking everyone or staying in a spot I feel like it is not fair play, and he is not playing the objective, my next respawn is chasing that guy and restoring the right flow of the match. Unless it nearly impossible (hq camping) then I know that guy is not valuable enough and it is actually advantageous to let him stay there afraid to die, working on his useless KD.
People judge too much on this forum. Every question becomes a reason for assumptions, stretches and comparison. - kregora3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Psubond @Psubond But you have to admit, that it was nice of them to go prone.
Usually when I SOFLAM with my silenced sniper rifle and 3x scope, someone spawns on me, and starts doing the A-D-A-D crab dance with a LMG. - RMEChief3 years agoLegend@Psubond i was working on TukTuk Mastery in the passenger seat with SOFLAM and some knucklehead decides to spawn on me, then drive right into the water.
- ElliotLH3 years agoHero+@Adamonic Sounds like what I usually experience when working on the LATV 😄

i'm honestly surprised some of the people i encounter when i am trying to soflam haven't chewed the sticks off their controllers....
Yeah, that's what my issue has been, you can cheese the mastery for the LATV with the Soflam and I can usually pick the best spots no one cares in the slightest to check. Then I get some trigger happy lvl 20 who refuses to leave it since they have never used the 50mm before and give my position away ruining my spot fest.

didn't realize you could do that with the latv....now i kinda feel bad about blowing up the guy on the roof on kaleidoscope over and over.... it's just so easy to hit with a M5
- @DaddyWarBukx I like this idea
