Stat-padding servers in Portal, and no leaderboards. Why?

Every time I check out the servers in Portal, I see players hosting no-kill servers just flying around in choppers farming 50k XP points per game. I thought I would do some community service and repo...

@Paramveer9 These servers were always a thing in past Bf games. Really not a big deal.
