Stealth Helicopter is being locked onto by passives while stealthed?

Is this new? My buddy and I were just getting destroyed by passive rockets from jets.... These things are tracking like AA missiles on us even while we are in stealth mode. It seems to have been this...

this bug makes me so happy.  now stealth helos get to be on the receiving end of being shot at and not being able to do anything about it.  i hope they wait till at least season 5 to fix this.  spread some of that broken gameplay love to the stealth helos and let it marinade
