Anyone who can verify this is true?
I have 280 hrs but I'm mostly forcing myself to play it because I spent 90 euros on it... Mostly log in, play 1 match, log out...
Would reconsider IF we had SOME news or an update on things and what's to come but these twitter posts and lack of info just scare me. It feels very Anthem-like and I don't want to hold on to this game and eventually get a "well, we were gonna fix it but instead we're just shutting it down"...
If march is the first time we get any actual content and its bad content then it would have truly been a waste of the money...
So many other decent/indie games I can buy with 90 euros :O
I don’t care about this topic I won't refund the game but Is there any proof or is this only a lucky individual case of refund?
Seems to me that there is only one lucky guy which now used to make news…
If this is not true this is another reason when the community gets mad……

You need to force your self to play the game? mmh let’s do some math here:
The game was released on 12.11.2021 in early access and now we have the 11.01.2022 which is around 60days now.
So, you have played 280h divided by 60days what is around 4,667h a day.
If a game is bad and I don’t like I don’t play it and playing it only for the value is kind of hypocritical mate.

This thread is implying that Steam is doing an easy refund but they don’t.
OP has not even linked the source because then you could read that these are probably individual cases.
There are many players that have tried it over and over again and don't get a refund.
In this forum are still many players that complaining and have put over 250h in the game.
If I don’t like the game, I don’t put so many hours in it and when you do it, it's a bit hypocritical.
And if steam now again refuses most refunds, we have again unnecessary complaints that were artificially fueled by some content creators and media.

Well to be fair to OP, I have seen a bunch of sites reporting on it, and they all made it seem as if every steam user could get a refund regardless of time played and everything else.
I actually thought that was the case in spite of it sounding inplausible.
- @CountSero Well, I don't like money wasted, what's so hypocritical about it? Its more masochism than anything else...
Obviously the 280 hrs "played" isn't actually play-time. Sometimes the game would just be on in the background for hours so assume I really played about half that amount.
Just buying the game for that amount and not playing it would be a total waste of my money (which it kinda still is). If I buy something, the least I will do is get the value out of it... Life is expensive enough without wasting things...
If that makes a bit more sense
