Stinger Balance Idea
Hello,
I have over 30+ hours in both the Attack Helicopters, Transport, and Nightbird combined and noticed some issues with the stingers in game. As a result of some maps having little to no cover, it can be a challenge as a pilot to make due with the resources dice has provided for helicopter gameplay. Time and time again stingers feel like they are extremely powerful with range of the target not being a factor. I believe we should revert to the battlefield 4 system where lock-ons only affected vehicles in a 500m radius. This change would allow pilots to have higher survivability while still keeping a role for stingers to make it more fair for both ground and air. Of course the 500m rule wouldn’t entirely apply to 2042 as these are two different games so it would need to be adjusted to fit 2042. What do you the community think about a balance change such as this?
