Stuck in 'waiting for players to join' loop

Ive been trying to into a game for about 30 minutes.  Just stuck at the squad screen with 'waiting for players to join' at the bottom.  Conquest and Breakthrough maps.  Squad members pop in and out, then I get sent back to the start menu to try again.  

Is there a problem, I know people are annoyed with a lot but hard to believe so many would have already given up on the game that they can't fill a server.

    I think the only permanent solution is for DICE to add a Server Browser / Persistent Servers to replace MM.
