Suggestions for changes to Battlefield 2042 mechanics from veterans!

@AlekRazum3000 I think you had a very well thought out post here, hope the discussion can get back on track.
The symbols are such a great idea, I still struggle to know what specialists "fit" into what role.

Maybe even the icons could reflect what gadget someone may or may not have.

Some reworks on the cap points would also be welcome. I myself feel the size in general of the cap points to be larger would really help lessen the mayhem.
