@Crystalfied I think players should be able to play the game any way they want and unlock weapons attachments and vehicle stuff however they want. I mean, wasn't that how it was advertised? Don't get me wrong, setting up a game mode in Portal where the AI bots start with super low health is a cheap way to do it. But to each their own I guess. Maybe they shouldn't allow that? But to punish people that play single/co-op is definitely wrong.
@Chief2GFDI agree and disagree. Yes, they did say that progression will be available for all the game mode but they didn't say same progression speed for all game mode and this I blame DICE for not being clear right from the start. They also said that they will monitor and see what can be done to lessen or stop the xp servers from existing which I can understand why they nerfed Portal's progression so hard at the moment because it's not cheap to run a server and if every available "free" server is taken up by these xp servers, those that actually wants to play the game legit won't get a chance to because it's going to keep throwing global game quota exceed error at them. Yes, they did implement a way to drop the server when no real player is in the server but those pesky lil arse will just use bot (not the in game bot AI) to keep the server up. I also feel it's unfair that they are treating Solo/Coop players like that but that's the truth, we just have to face it head on until there's a better idea.
@Crystalfied I see your point and agree. But I hope they change the Single/Co-op back to normal speed progression.
@Chief2GFDI hope so too but I doubt it's going to happen anytime soon tbh especially with all the game breaking issue that are yet to be resolve.
