As @Padding_Ur_Stats stated ADS speed was nerfed on drum and extended mags. That change will be reverted in 'a future update', which one that will be I don't know though.
Draw time I think is weapon switch rather than ADS speed, but could be wrong.
@Anobix Right ok. Thank you for clearing that up. Fair enough nerfing the drum mags but the speed is very noticeable to the point where there unusable
faster draw time does not mean faster ADS speed. if you switch to your secondary or gadget your SMG draws faster so you can shoot faster from that switch. it doesn't effect ADS time. i repeat. it DOES NOT effect ADS time
You can double-tap to ADS faster with the drum magazine.

Switch to the next highest magazine below the 'Drum' mag. It's slightly faster.
Applying the double tap makes it even faster and tfor me is the best trade off in regard to ADS speed vs bullet count.
