I can only play community servers due to the black screen bug (I think)

Hi all,
It's important to note that I play on PS5 and on European servers. I got the game a couple of weeks ago, and it was fine until one day I tried to load into a game of conquest. It gave me the "match found" message and information about the map then it attempted to load into the game, black screen as usual and booted me back to the main menu.

This now happens every time on any game mode except for community servers. Sometimes I get into lobbies that haven't started yet and are basically completely empty except for handful of people but very usually I just get booted back to the main menu.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Closing and re-opening it helps to put me to empty servers (it seems). I'm not sure what else I can do?
I would like to know if this is a known issue or if this is something that is only shafting me
