This isn't a thing in pure infantry conquest unless you are playing a closed map with a couple of exit points. All the maps in 8 v 8 have numerous exit points.

Bring spawn trapped in conquest is when the other team have tanks and choppers and the rest of their infantry aiming their guns at the home base exits.

In this new mode if you lose all 3 flags and you cannot take one flag back with better gunplay, good movement and positioning using cover and smoke then you were simply outplayed.
