Take away the ability to earn xp for 2042 in Portal.

I don't see the need to have XP earned in Portal for the 2042 experience and would like to see that element removed.  Portal is a great place for anyone to create awesome experiences that have almos...

seriously though, who cares if people can earn exp in portal? they already have caveats in place to prevent it from being abused
