Takedowns are broken
Since the release of the new patch I’ve had 5 or so takedowns straight up not work and just stab the person… anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, mine started in November 2021
- @TheGreasyBiscuit Takedowns seem to have issues to "lock" when the opponent is not standing.
All after all the melee mechanics in BF2042 are not really what I would describe as satisfying. - @kregora Even when standing it hasn’t worked… 5 takedowns in a row in the last few days just straight up haven’t worked at all.
It is highly inconsistent
- @Padding_Ur_Stats It is so frustrating how many issues this game has, where I gave in, and just accept that it isn't working.

- @RayD_O1 The game becomes more broken after every update. Usually the devs fix more as they update but battlefield likes to go back wards lol.

- @TheGreasyBiscuit it has happened to me a LOT. has gotten me killed a few times. idk why they have to make it so complicated. just make it like it was in previous games
