@Bolvard player limits are a really dangerous thing.
There is nothing to ensure that the one who tales the limited slots in competent.
I is imho better to give APS to all the tanks and let there be 64 liz in the other side. Btw even with 64 liz, no missile will reach a tank protected by the Irish APS even now
