Team deathmatch/ Voice chat

Hey it would  be great if there were other game options rather than conquest/capture the point, Its fun and all but would be nice to have some variety. I was hoping there would be the standard team death match and would be great if that was added. The no voice chat is kind of a set back, there's no quick communication with the other players so its disorganized game play.
