If they would just add battlepacks unlocks with xp for keeping playing like in the other bf titles, otherwise playing has no benefit anymore.
They would be better it they just add seasonal content for cosmetic unlocks and other cosmetics to buy.
they could keep on adding weekly missions to unlock rewards such as 10 bcoins per season completed or a 100 i don't know, what i do know is that maybe it would
be hard if they drop the live service now, unless a new bf game is near it's release.
but i hope they contineu the live service in a way the community of battlefield hopes fore.
I would now speak for myself ofc. i would even buy seasonal content even without a map or so
