Don't think so. It's decent at range and can compete with other DMRs. Close range is more of a gimmick because of the very limited amount of bullets and magazine size. You'll run out of ammo quickly compared to other SMGs.
@VeloRama_Twitch Nah, just make sure you pick up ammo from the dead. And aim for the head at close range, makes quick work.
