Do I really need to explain why a gun shouldn't get a 3 hit kill fire mode you can fire as fast as you can with full auto and a silencer

With a short barrel and close combat ammo the rate of fire should be 920 rounds per minute, which is faster then all the smgs except for the K30. Question is if it kills in 4 or 5 shots, if it kills in 4 shots it have lower ttk then all the smgs aswell.
Close combat ammo is 5 BTK up to 30 m.
Plus it has way worse hipfire spread than the Smgs, people always neglect to point that out
