Do I really need to explain why a gun shouldn't get a 3 hit kill fire mode you can fire as fast as you can with full auto and a silencer

I've been using it a lot since unlocking it and think it's decent but not op. It's versatile but I still get outgunned by other weapons.
@ElliotLH Which weapons outgun it?
- @JediMastaWyn In my own experience it's been the SMGs and Shotguns up close and I've lost out to other DMRs and ARs at range. Basically the same as others have mentioned.
