The BSV is overpowered

Do I really need to explain why a gun shouldn't get a 3 hit kill fire mode you can fire as fast as you can with full auto and a silencer

I'm going to agree with those that stated it needs some recoil tweaks, especially for full auto. Otherwise it seems inline with most of the other weapons.
