Why do player moan about things in general being over powered?
It is a war game, the weapons do not fire blanks, they fire bullets, a projectile that can kill you with one hit.
If anything most weapons need a buff especially the vehicles which would reek havoc in a real life situation. But because you cry babies winge this and that kill you too easily Dice cuts down the power output making this game unrealistic, not fun and a pain to play.
If anything is over powered play more tactfully to address it, play as a team to deal with it and play the objective instead of running and jumping around the map like noobs you are.

Hey folks,
I can add more context about the BSV-M balance changes in the #1.1 Update, which we know is being discussed heavily in terms of its power.
What we've done in this update is buff all DMR's as a group, because we felt they were not performing as you would expect. By instead adjusting individual DMR's, so for example excluding the BSV from this change, it would mean just further widening the gap between individual DMR performance, which would then lead to more difficulty establishing a balance between them.
In short, we have now established a baseline for how we want DMR's to perform. If we still see the BSV dominating, we are able to balance it with more accuracy so we can adjust it while still ensuring it remains a relevant weapon to use (because it's awesome, but that's just me).
What we also can confirm is that we're reviewing and testing changes to the High Power (non-Subsonic) Rounds, and its behavior in Full Auto mode. We're looking to include that in a future Update.

Would be great if the nerf happens prior to the next big (August) update... The bsv-m equipped with high power rounds currently makes assault rifles obsolete for mid range combat - only 2/3 shots are required to down an enemy within 150 m, which is ridiculous considering its high fire rate! (single fire mode)

The high power rounds need a damage nerf at ranges or a major fire rate nerf in single fire.
The combination of the lack of scope glint, silenced fire, high ROF and 3 shot kill potential is not balanced
