In the current state you could delete any weapon in the game besides maybe shotguns and ultra long sniper and just give every one the bsv, it's so versatile it can be played in almost every situation.
I really don't understand why this and the stealth heli is still in like it is with almost no balance changes...
auto snipers should not do MORE or almost the same damage as some of the other dmrs and at all it should not be possible to outplay machine pistole players so easy in close combat- @InS_Hypno Didn’t get killed by a K30 playing last night for about 2 hours, but the BSV was number 1 for deaths. Even at close range the K30 is garbage now. It needed a nerf but at range, not at close quarters. The devs need to play more to see what’s wrong, or stop listening to Twitch and YouTube players and listen to their own forums.
I don't know is cheat or not , but I feel my time to dead done by BSV-M in close range is march to K30's TTK before V1.2 update . By the way I had use body armor for additional 20 HP but have been wiped out in a second when enemy just show on the corner and slide to me .
Patch didn't do much, still way too versatile and strong at any range except extreme long range.
IMO what's wrong with this weapon is that it's far too accurate. I remember this weapon from BFBC2, it had high damage but you had to fire in very short bursts or suffer a massive accuracy loss, but in this BF you can go full auto and remain accurate up to long range. This is a problem with all non-sniper weapons in this game though, I don't know why they made all non-sniper guns far more accurate than they should be.
Also the muzzle velocity is too high, even higher than the standard sniper rifle. Marksman rifles should not have higher muzzle velocity than a sniper rifle, especially not a subsonic marksman rifle.
Said it so many times. BSV is an assault rifle with dmr stat. Dice need to decide what this weapon is and tweak it accordingly.
Either remove full auto and leave it as a dmr or change it to assault rifle and change the stats accordingly.
Trying to adjust some stats isnt gong to cut it when the main culprit is the full auto mode...

Yup it feels like a more powerful gewerh 1-5 from bfv if it's used by a mackay
It either needs massive amount of recoil or reduced damage to compensate for the fact it can be spammed basically as fast as anyone can
Gun still owns easily
