Not sure, but it can't be that bad because players are still throwing C5 around like it's growing on trees.

Let me see, what are my options.
AA - But, nobody uses SOFLAM anymore
Recoil - Takes 4 and Angel almost never drops his crate conveniently anymore
Lis - BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (let me catch my breath) Your Borg Regen heals more damage in the cooldown between rockets 2-3 then the damage done
C5 - In the 10% chance we get 3 on you and in the right place, BOOM
Now I play Lis and usually I land 2 rockets just to make sure the C5 does its job, but again, 10% doesnt need a nerf
The C5 damage is fine.
Being able to destroy any vehicle with 3 C5 is part of the battlefield experience.
A case could be made against the throw distance which could be reduced but in return compensated by shortening the time it takes to place 3 C5 on the target.
Against C4 nerf. Better give heavy vehicles an additional thermal imager perk. Then you will definitely increase the survivability of heavy equipment, give you the opportunity to choose between magnifying optics and a thermal imager.
In part, I agree with the author when they blow you up from under the silence from one time, it's a shame, of course. For example, the Manifesto map, there just do the tank is not a tenant. @Padding_Ur_StatsI completely agree with this, especially for PvE where armored vehicles are much more difficult to deal with when playing alone.
Without the C5/EMP combo I would no longer be playing because I'd have no chance to get anything done to cap flags with all the vehicular bot fodder. It's actually needed in PvE, IMO, since rockets/missiles are too weak by themselves at this point.Friendly bots just never seem to help you take out a vehicle when you need them to and so your left with the choice of using either C5/EMP or just harsh language to take them out by yourself. Sometimes I think the latter works better than LIS or rockets!
