C5 is not implemented very well.
C5 could use some change.
C5 should only be able to be placed on directly onto objects, not thrown onto them.
If any person is within X yards from the blast they should be automatically killed.
Last night I saw someone throw C5 outside a door to kill opposition, yet they survived although 3 feet from the blast behind a door. Is this the same C5 that can easily kill an armored vehicle?
