Same on Ps5 (and ps4) you can save a clip of up to an hour by clicking the record button on the controller. You can even do it after the fact. Like if something happened 50 minuts ago, you can still press the button and save the last hour of gameplay.
Its actually a pretty cool feature. I don't really use it, but its pretty cool that you don't have to already be recording if something cool/funny happens
