I had no real issues with BFV's troopers, other than the ridiculous rolling around on the ground screaming for a medic. DICE, can we please not waste resources on that kind of stuff? I get they think its immersive, but it has the exact opposite effect for me.
Back on topic, to me BFV totally missed the mark on:
- vehicle warfare and the overall chaos it brings
- map design. Not a single map in BFV is in the "instant classic" class like in past games. Compare that to BF3 with Metro, Damavand Peak, and Caspian Border right out of the gate. BF4 with Siege of Shanghai, Locker, Golmud Railway, and Paracel Storm. Not even getting into the DLC yet for those games and it's a no contest lol.
