@murdocklawlessBF veterans will disagree with you and think classes are the best thing since sliced bread. Supposedly the classes are to bring teamwork to 2042 and you are to rely on your teammate to take out that vehicle now.

@NazT55 what's the point of trusting my teammate? you have three rocket launcher shells and even if you hit all of them, it's impossible to destroy a tank. you can't even destroy a helicopter with the ammunition you have. good helicopter pilots might be dancing right now.

@NazT55 probably. :D

I'm a BF vet since 1942 and I like the specialists for the most part.
Thought it was a fresh thought and look. Can't please everyone.
Wish they wouldn't have nerfed Casper, all but ruined the character.
Haven't tried the new update yet but good to come here and first thing see "New update complete disgrace"
Like we expected anything else? 👿

@LS5_71 what is the logic of making every game look alike? they should have continued this game the way we started it. it's ridiculous to change characters after people have spent hours on certain characters.
- 2 years ago@NazT55 Been playing since the 1st BF and I disagree with your statement.
- NazT552 years agoSeasoned Ace@SteveSpeedJ Well most BF vets will then.
- murdocklawless2 years agoSeasoned Vanguard@NazT55 no matter what anyone says, this is a completely disappointing update for someone who has spent hours and hours on a certain character.

Not all us BF vets will disagree. I didn't mind the core tenet which made 2042 different and now, because people just couldn't handle the versatility and true sense of "play it as YOU want", it's been wrecked. I can't say I like this update at all so far. To be honest, at least for me personally, the only redeeming thing about it was that they finally included my M39 but even that's somewhat wrecked as the recoil is terrible by comparison to the others in the class.

yep rely on the squeaker with no cares about it because he didn't buy the game and has no concept of responsibility. great multiplayer gaming choice, let get all these people in a map and let them wonder about unable to communicate to each other but put a big symbol on the screen for where to meet up batman style. I'm an oldskool player and i thought we were more or less asking for a more define specialists and gadgets abilities since some it didn't make any sense and were lacking lots of gadgets.
- darktrunkmonkey2 years agoRising Traveler@NazT55 exactly now they just need to deletethe heros and more people will come back.

Teammates can already do so in the original system. In-fact because of loadout diversity on original 2042 there would be more teammates available to destroy tanks or act as healers, and you can mix and match how exactly you want go go about each of those roles. I don't understand the recent changes. I bought 2042 because it was 2042 not because someone else told me to buy it.

hell no. this game was about specialization of their characters. if people wanted classes they could have stayed in the earlier games. I shouldn't have to be at the mercy of PUG randoms ability to pay attention to rolling armor.
