I'm 99% sure BF4 tanks had weak spots. From behind it was ~50% damage with the RPG. With squad perks BF4 also let infantry carry 7+ rockets.
Solo'ing tanks in BF4 was far easier using rockets than BF2042.
@AngrySquid270 Tanks have the same weakspots in this game, although I don't use it too much though. Less to front, more to sides, most to back.
