YES to Absolutely Everything you said, and a lot more.
The constant nerfing and messing with the weapons is what fluffed me off the most, I mean, it's not as though this is their first game.
The amount of time I quit games because of the terrible Net code issues (Dying when you have been behind cover for upwards of ten seconds etc), Lag and just sheer frustration is incredible.
The game in no way at all encourages team play of any kind, you are not rewarded for it, so people just run around spraying and praying to get points for themselves.
It's a shame really. In fact the other day I was playing and was reviving and syrette pistolling like crazy, but, then I got shot and guess what happened . . They just carried on and left me dead, despite me reviving some of them three or four times
Then there is the ret^&$*d thinking behind not letting get full XP or Points when playing SOLO or in Portal, after two years the game should just be completely opened up now for fluffs sake.
It smacks of developers that are clearly challenged in their mental capacity toward this game, or, just have absolutely zero experience let alone interest in this game.
