It was first being designed to be a battle royale title then switched back to try to be battlefield mid development.
Development was during covid so quality suffered.
Since it did not get the profits the share holders were expecting it is going to fizzle out with limited updates compared to previous titles.
It does not help that majority of the devs that made battlefield what it was left during or after battlefield 5.
They made embark studios and made The Finals game, now that has major levolution.
EA needs to make the devs do the same copy paste battlefield experience.
They should stop removing features and build upon them whilst adding new features.
An idea for a new feature is vehicle voice chat.
