@Lancelot_du_LacYou’ve probably already tried a repair and restart? I know you’re not new at this lol, but still putting it out there. I scrolled down to all the locked cards at the bottom and it was the last unlocked card near the end. It’s not on top of the list, it’s near the bottom. Just spitballing here.

Seems to be a problem if you have multiple Microsoft/Xbox accounts. The player card appears on an account I set up for my son (age appropriate games), but not on my account.
There doesn't seem to be a 'repair' function on Xbox. I would need to delete and download the game.
Not sure why this player card doesn't just download on all active accounts. Alternately, it could be a free download in the store.There is an open ticket in the Bug Report forum.
Everyone who has this problem should go there and click "Me Too" so that DICE can determine the extent of the problem and fix it (hopefully).
