This patch completely broke nightbird and heli controls

@thebulletk1n have you checked it that setting with the automatic hover/flight assist got turned on?

I showered the config files today since I finally found where they are, there is a heli assist setting but it is set to OFF just like my settings in game, so something else fishy has happened.
