The minute you can't handle anything below a "major" bug, it's over. The minor bug Jiras stack up 10x faster than major or critical bugs. The question is how they categorize them. Anything skin related technically is cosmetic and would never be fixed until all other bugs dealing with gameplay have been addressed. Good luck, maybe in the next title they will add it as a legacy feature.
That is unless it caused the store to not work for the sales, then that's a top-priority.
You would think after such a long period that they would have fixed this, I wonder if it has something to do with the servers resetting all the time?
