You are definitely not alone with these issues. DICE and EA let us down BIG time with this game which doesn't deserve the BF name. I myself have no hopes for this game and also think it will vanish in to the twilight. I payed for it so i try to play it knowing it a mess. Like many others i keep comming to this forum to state my displeasure about the road DICE and EA took. We hope they listen...if it's not for this game, then hopefully for the next one.

Yet Dice refuse to bring us a BATTLEFIELD game, instead they listen to complainers and what do veterans get? Tanks that are like paper, jets which are useless, MAV which is a joke and transport heli;s which have a main gun which hardly does anything now because people complain.
I would give the game a break and come back later. They are trying, even as it seems they are taking a long time to polish the game.
