There is a huge difference between constructive criticism and being downright toxic and it would appear many people can't distinguish where that line is.
I've seen a bunch of people rally to defend the game and provide some great feedback which is a nice breath of fresh air - We all need to work with the devs in order to find that sweet spot

I know just as many people who hate on 2042 as I do those who love all the changes DICE has implemented. We need to work with the devs in order to find that sweet spotin regards to the toxicity, mike tyson said it best:
Social Media made you all way too comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the face for it- 4 years ago
When all you see is DICE sucks or I hate DICE or I WANT A REFUND topics it gets old after a while. I get it you don't like the game but why not go into detail about why you don't like the game People who do like the game get just as much flak from the ones that don't like the game here so it goes both ways. I was hoping this would be the place to talk about the game in a civilized manner but I am afraid I was wrong.

i don't understand all the energy people put into complaining about a game they don't like. if i don't like a game i just forget about it even if i bought it and wanted it to be good.

@TTZ_Dipsyyou can go to some indie game dev to give constructive criticism, but don't come excusing a well known studio, who asked a TRIPLE A price for an indie game, ok. They knew exactly what they were doing, they knew exactly how bad the game really is, but still "3 months old build", "trust us"... constructive criticism was when we played beta, now it's all rage.

But work on what?
What are their plans?
With exactly who?
And how?
I have never heard from any DICE devs, on this forum or anywhere else.
It would be a very constructive and positive thing to do.
But the lack of feedback from DICE, a roadmap or anything only does the opposite, which is breed talk, gossip and negativity.
We are living in the dark.
Show us the light.

One of the bigger YouTubers made a excellent graphic with three types of BF players, one the first type of burn it to the ground, the second doing polite constructive criticism, and the third was "this is the best game ever, you haters need to shut up and not post your criticisms - you're toxic". I think that content creator was spot on, both the left and right players were toxic and preventing the game from being fixed while the middle player was doing what we as a community should.

So when you called 2042 Apexfield, were you in the middle?
