Like the title says. I got one of the rare opportunities to hop into a helo today, and after a decent start I'm instantly shot out of the sky by a TOR tank camping in the enemy no-go zone. Seems like any time I get an air vehicle there's one of these cheap players sitting in their main spawn harassing you until they inevitably hit you.
Disable the cannon while the vehicle is within their main area. Its ridiculous that this is still a thing.

TOR is an unbalanced unit. The main reason for its imbalance is the minimum shot lead, high projectile flight speed, and huge damage. These advantages far outweigh its disadvantages. DICE needed to think carefully before launching this unit into the game. It would be better if they added artillery with high terrain damage, for example, howitzers.

Remove 1 hit kill against aircraft
Reducing accuracy
Increasing charge time (even in siege mode)
Add projectile drag
Remove siege mode. Force it into its designed role - ground vehicle hunter

I can agree about it being a bad idea to release it.
But I find that all the nerf suggestions are trying to make it useless instead of suggesting an overhaul that is good and fun while being less exploitable.
Remove the boosted charge from him, that's all you need. And you don't need to change anything else.
