I'm really sorry, but there isn't anybody here who can help with bans. You'll need to appeal to EA's Terms of Service team I'm afraid:

As was pointed out by ElliotLH we aren't able to help with bans or suspensions here on the forums, it really does need to go through an appeal with the ToS team through the link provided by Elliot.

Appeals are investigated throughoughly.
