This is a new low.Tried for over an hour tonight to find a single match I could play (PS5, Conquest 128 players, Crossplay ON) with no luck.Sat in the "waiting for players to join" screen multiple times for over 90 minutes (Go Assassin squad and it's two or three players...never a good sign).In every instance it timed out and returned me to the "Searching for server" screen and it all started again.I have NEVER played a Battlefield game where I simply could not find a Conquest match.....until now.Way to go EA....you've successfully killed a very successful franchise.Kap.

@Kaptyn027 @Tank2042Man Clearing the cache by power cycling and rebooting the network is a good place to start. This very well could be an issue we need to flag down to the team but it's smart to go through some basics first to make sure those bases are covered. We have to come into posts thinking players aren't super tech savvy because most aren't. Whenever there is a matchmaking issue where it stalls forever, getting a fresh connection to our servers can sometimes repair it.Can you let me know if these basic steps don't get you into a game? Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console. PLAYSTATION: Reboot the power to the modem/router Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network. How to power cycle your PlayStation console Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game. XBOX: Reboot the power to the modem/router Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One. Clear Mac Address Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

@Kaptyn027 This has been going on with myself since the last update. There are several posts about this issue. I’m in California and around 5am to 9am I can’t find a game at all and now even after 9am it still doesn’t work.

Launch the game.Fyi.... "Power Cycling" doesn't clear the cache on the PS5. There are two ways that I know of that will. One is in Safe Mode where there is an option called "Clear Cache and Rebuild Database". Sony says you can clear the cache "if you’re experiencing system feature issues or performance drops". I honestly don't get how that would help in this situation but oif the OP or anyone else is so inclined to try, they could go ahead I guess. Just know that cycling the power isn't going to do anything to the cache. ....oh, the other way to clear the cache apparently is to shut off the system (make sure it shut off, not in stand-by) and then unplug the power cord from the unit, not just the wall. I'm not sure why it needs to be from the unit but several sources repeat this. Anyhow, I thought I would point this out so folks are not wasting their time. On that note, I have never needed to clear the cache on my PS5 for system issues nor any game I've played on it which have been many. Now that I think of it, I only had to do it once on my PS4 and that was actually to rebuild the database due to a corrupted system file. This issue the OP speaks of has been repeated by several others in varying degrees of severity. I highly doubt the issue is with those customer's systems in most cases.

@EA_Blueberry you know this is not a solution, clearly MM is broken and people are struggling to play this game outside US and Europe.

@Kaptyn027I played a round this morning and had no issues. PS5, conquest 128, crossplay on, central US, 30 Mbps internet, no AI in match. So makes me wonder if there are other issues going on as to why certain people can't find a match.

@Kaptyn027 From what I remember they should be filling up with Ai. I know that way is to easy but atleast we could play right.

Yep...that used to be the case.
I have actually posted a video on Youtube where I am playing by myself (128 player match, Conquest, Crossplay ON) and a FULL SERVER of AI bots.
Seems this is no longer an option.
I would have even played this version of Battlebots 2042 tonight but I can't even get a match started.
I'm still on the "waiting for players" screen in Assassin squad and I expect I'm about to be bounced back to the "Searching for server" screen for about the 20th time very shortly.
I'm going to read a book now and see just how long it takes for me to find a match.
Let you know how it goes in a few hours.

EDIT : after almost 2 hours of trying to find a match I now have received the "unable to load persistance data" error screen.
This is clearly a "AAA" (Absolutely Astounding *) title to be proud of.

@Kaptyn027Mine went fine this morning. What region are you in? Have you tried pressing L3 to get out of the cue and joining again a couple of times?
