Damn... that was unexpected. Thanks for the info. Hopefully the devs can figure this out sometime down the line.

It is in correct that there are different versions of the game; the current and last-gen. Current and last-gen versions can't cross-play with each other. If you run the last-gen version of the game on the current gen console, it should indeed be possible. This is also explained on our websites.

Can you please post the link that highlights this issue as I stated a few minutes ago my wife and I are experiencing the same issue, we both play on ps5 with the most recent updates however even when I try and find either of us using our ea accounts nothing comes up. Like wise the same for our psn shows 0 I also have 4 freinds who play on ps5 and they're not showing either, any info would be greatly appreciated.
