I'm pretty sure though this is the first time they pushed out an update which didn't take immediate effect

you also have to activate the All-Chat function in the settings, check the patch-notes to see exactly how it works.....

Maybe I'm missing something but it doesn't seem there is a key bind for it like team or squad chat.
Why wasn't J assigned like every other BF game?
It opens into Team chat and I have to tab over to All chat. Seems like they implemented it under protest and are making it just a tad more difficult to actually use.

Never mind, I figured it out. It opens into All Chat. Not sure what I was doing that it seemed to open into Team chat.
