@S3SSioN_SoLThis assumes that it is actually 'waiting for players to join' and not an issue similar to the infinite loading bug seen in previous titles.
Alas, it is impossible to tell and player numbers may not help if it is a 'loading bug'.
Yeah they fixed the how many more players are needed to join on waiting for players to join for cross play off but they still haven’t fixed the waiting for players to join on cross play off. I certainly don’t want to play with the hacking cheating PC players.

I am coming up on almost 200hrs and haven't ever seen a hacker/cheater on PC...

If they gave us a server browser and allowed us to choose when and where we play it would stop all this waiting around in lobbies after every single round. You could join a server and stay on it and play through the map rotation etc......
MM is so frustrating in so many ways and DICE should replace it in the May update or earlier if possible.
