I understand but not really a fix if I don't want to hear the cussing either. I just want to turn the voices off completely or change the audio language.

Just like you wouldn't allow your children to watch M rated movies and television programmes.

Cussing should be the least of your worries coming from an M-rated title. The biggest thing is you are committing fake acts of killing people over and over. In regards to not having your kids hear cursing coming from a video game, it's not going to matter one bit when they get older. Kids are going to cuss whether you like it or not.
