I bought the ultimate edition, realized that the only thing it gives me is extra skins that now I don't consider worth it. My money was removed from my card. Decided that I want to cancel the preorder but I can't because it says I have no games eligible for a refund.How should I refund the Ultimate edition so I can purchase the Gold edition which is a better deal?It also mentions three conditions which have to be met for the order to be cancellable, all of which are satisfied and not broken. Obviously, can't launch it because it's a preorder.Thanks.

@N1KNAIZ Neither of the conditions is met, since the game isn't released yet. You will be able to cancel on the day of release.

And yes, I believe you should be able to cancel a pre-order.

Contact chat support. I canceled mine that way and re ordered with Paypal as I didn't want to be charged yet.

@EA_KentWill the Gold & Ultimate versions of the game be available as physical/disk copies? Only the standard is available at this time as physical/disk from big chain retailers and local video game stores.

Good luck trying to cancel that preorder. You'll need it.
A couple of years ago, I tried to cancel my BF5 pre order and they would not let me.
$79.99 down the drain
What I learned from that wonderful experience was to never pre-order anything again.

IF you're in the States or Canada, canceling pre-orders from GameStop is quick, painless and easy 👍
I've canceled a few pre-orders with them because 'better' editions were not available at the time.

Well good to know for Gamestop. I really do need to use them more.
When I lost my money to the BF5 preorder, it was PS Store that would not refund me.
