Unbalanced Cross play?
Dice,come on! I'm all for cross play in battlefield and fps games on a whole! But PC against console in bf2042 Really?.. There's only one winner here, for example keyboard and mouse against controlle...

@Wayoun74 Have you been playing the same game as me? The one where aim assist and snap are cranked up since the last patch? Where consoles get less recoil than PC players? I played two rounds last night, every death I had was to a console player in servers that had about 50%-60% consoles? I’ve never been one of those “get gud” people, on 2042 so much of the fault lies with desync, lag, etc… it’s really the most poorly optimized game I’ve ever played, but reading your post makes me think in this case, maybe it’s warranted. Since the last patch, and I’ve been looking, the top of the scoreboard are console players. Many console players are really good and don’t seem to be having the same issue as you. A few months ago I’d have agreed with you, since patch 2.1 I can’t get there dude.

You are using the fake scoreboard to determine anything? Who cares? That means nothing. Someone camping a tank in the rear on Breakthrough or playing the entire round in Stealth helo going 50-0 is not skill.
I am on PC, rank S123, and 90% of my deaths are from a console player. Most of the time with a headshot. If a console player hits me with a single bullet, all other shots hit. I cannot escape doing any action. Tracking is insane once the first shot hits.
Mouse input is also jacked on PC. There is a delay that's not there on console. AA also locks on with ADS when there is an enemy in your field of view, even if you don't see them. I have been shot thru vegetation and smoke, every time it's a console player.
Controller input does need assistance but some of the functionality is over the top.
I keep seeing this argument, and from my experience I have the same problem ALSO, but i am on XBOX being 1 shot by PC players almost every time (barring spawn and vehicle kills which is about 70%).
So maybe it isn't PC vs Console at all. Maybe just all of the other issues this game has?
I find it hard to believe that everyone is getting one-shotted by everybody else, unless the game itself is the cause.
- @246stNSW I’m not getting one shotted in all cases. When one shot, it’s a SFAR headshot by a console. I often get multiple hits from a console player where all the shots hit, there’s no spray and pray, just accurate aimed fire. The other deaths are multiple hits but really close together, which is server side correcting for lag so I die around a corner by a package of bullets. Those ones are on Dice and their servers, and we are all victims of that, PC and Consoles together. I’m not ragging on consoles either, the players aren’t the ones driving this bus. I want and enjoy a competitive atmosphere, but it’s gotta be fair.
