So, it's basically just a purely defensive ability? Shouldn't it stop them from flaring, firing or really anything at all?
Like I said I have just started using him and so far I'm just not that impressed.
@Ironhead841Rao can stop strafe run. Or rather postpone it for 5 sec. Heli will turn around and still going to kill you (they see hack direction) but you can live just a little longer. And that is fair only IF hack actually works.
Hack prevent flares only AFTER it was finished (when he flings his finger). So there are 3 sec window to flare and make a circle to avoid rockets.
Rao heavily depends on teammates. If you hack and then your teammates can shoot rockets then you are a great support. If you are alone and teammates doesn't help you then Rao is just a soldier and in general minor annoyance to vehicles.
