Upcoming wildcat change will further encourage camping

Reducing the range of default main cannon, removing 40mm load out, so-called promoting air defense role on the battlefield,  I mean what would you do as a wildcat driver after these changes?

The only thing left is to camp at uncap and use lock-on missile.

What dice should be doing is to reduce the range of lock-ons and keep the main cannon range unchanged.

@Man_iLoveFishing That doesn't surprise. In my experience air mains are incompetent on the ground and only play battlefield because of how overpowered their vehicles are.

@MackTKau No, not all air mains. I have a lot friends that air and also ground. I just like flying in bf games and i do that since bf3.

Question is not about air power, it's sctually more busted nowadays, you can try picking bird and destroy everything around you, i can promise, you couldn't due to everything thrown at you.

It's defense mechanics you are pulling on me, i really wouldn't want to derail topic. I gave my facts hoe cat works, when its actually properly used, i can say that in close combat it shreds but sadly far combat it feels weak, but again i see it fair cause you can use lockons that reach far to at least keep aircrafts off.

They really should of put in a timer (like an out of bounds timer) for vehicles to prevent them from camping in their spawn base camp.    This would definitely bring the Wildcats out and make it a fair fight.

If they do this, then they should also make enemy uncaps a no-fly zone at the same time.  To stop enemy air vehicles from constantly spawncamping enemy main bases.....

@MADMAC50K Would be nice if the uncaps had the multiple CRAM systems that DICE said they were "considering" adding to the game.. then didn't while buffing all the air vehicles over and over.

    The 40mm cannon was a noob-trap
The Wildcat has no place pretending to be a medium tank.
In any case the 35mm flak can already put some hurt on ground vehicles and infantry.
My more aggressive loadout for the wildcat is 35mm + AT missiles. These can really mess up ground forces that are caught unprepared.

If you want a lighter than the MBT tank to pew pew with, there is the RAM

@Lady_One Thats why they gave the airboys 800 mtr range.with their dumb rockets so that can massively hammer the cat. Off course they again nerve the cat, why not,.is soooooo op ..... Not pfff
